Grandma Singletons Strong Lancashire

Grandma Singleton's Strong Lancashire is a taste sensation!

Aged for a minimum of ten months it is semi-soft in consistency and slightly crumbly with an even yellow colour and a strong, tangy flavour.

It is the strongest Lancashire cheese available in the UK. Made with cows milk, pasteurised and vegetarian.

Traditional Crumbly Lancashire

Mild and crumbly, fantastic on its own, superb for cooking and melting. The proper cheese to use in rarebits. Made with cows milk - vegetarian and pasteurised.

Fresh, slightly acidic flavour with a smooth and moist texture. Delicious!.

Ballybrie from Five Mile Town Creamery - Northern Ireland

Hand made in small batches by master cheesemakers, Ballybrie is a fine Irish Brie made using only the best quality local milk from our own herds.

With a wonderfully rich velvety centre when young, Ballybrie matures to give a gorgeously gooey centre when ripe so can be enjoyed at any age.

Garstang Blue - Lancashire

A unique, rich, mellow and indulgent blue cheese with an open body and a velvety, smooth and creamy texture.  Creamy white in colour with blue vein radiating from the rind. It is best served at room temperature.

Garstang Blue Lancashire has a flavour strength of 3 out of 5. It is ideal for those who find most blue cheese a little too strong, as it has a softer and milder tone with a smooth and creamy texture.

It is superb for crumbling into salads, pastas and soups. It also works well with sauces and dressings with a honey, white wine, cream or butter base.

As an accompaniment try a good Merlot or Pinot Noir.

Reedy's Naturally - Lancashire

Reedy's handmade jams and chutneys are made using the finest fresh ingredients sourced locally and are totally free from artificial additives.

Why not try the award winning Beetroot and Orange Chutney. Paired with the creamy Long Clawson Blue Stilton it is simply delicious!

Ballyblue from Five Mile Town Creamery - Northern Ireland

Streaks of blue run through the centre of the cheese to give a piquant sharpness that complements, yet contrasts wonderfully, with the mild creaminess of the soft cheese.

Ballyblue was one of the first blue cheeses developed on the island of Ireland and as its many international awards attest, it is still one of the best.
